Hello,
what a beautiful statue (the Wishnu). I have one quitte similar, inherritad from an Indonesian friend. It is 50 cm high and made of red brown colloured bronze (patina). My friend (who was much older) always told me it was Suhita the last queen from the Majapahit, east Java. The statue is from 1480 AD. He said it was a statue as the queen deified.
Could you send me a picture of your statue to me? If you want I can send pictures of mine to you (all by e-mail). I would like to compare them, for I really want to learn more about this!
Greetings Reggie
